Civic Center
When it comes to entertainment, the Lake Charles Civic Center is definitely on the "Best Seller List." Our complex can support 8 functions at one time; accommodate 7,500 in the main coliseum and over 2,000 in our beautiful Rosa Hart Theater.
Our impressive Lakefront facility has played host to top names in entertainment:

The Exhibition Hall, located on the first floor, is over 17,875 square feet of open floor space and has a flexible capacity of up to 1,400 patrons, depending upon set-up. Our capabilities extend further to meeting room space of proper proportions to fit almost any function. A complete kitchen facility is located directly across from the Exhibition Hall and is easily accessible to the Contraband Room (cap. 500 persons) on the second floor, Jean LaFitte Room (cap. 450 persons), and the Buccaneer Room (cap. 1,000 persons) on the third floor.
