To inquire about discounted prices for repasses, organizational meetings, or 501c3 outreach events and programs, please contact the Recreation & Parks Department at 337-491-1280.
The procedure for renting a facility is as follows:
- Patrons wishing to rent a facility in person may visit the Recreation and Parks Department for assistance. The office is open from 8am-430p Monday-Friday.
- Renter must completely pay for the rental of the facility two weeks prior to the event. The payment is non-refundable. Any rental not paid in full, two weeks prior to the scheduled event, will be canceled. Assuming no damage and adherence to cleaning guidelines, security and damage deposits will be returned to the renter within two weeks by way of mailed check.
- Table and chairs on-site are available for use. Any additional tables or chairs are the responsibility of the renter. The number of tables and chairs vary at each location. See facility details for each park for those numbers.
- The renter is responsible for the set up and take down and clean-up after your scheduled event. Renter may be billed a minimum of $200.00 plus any additional costs to restore the facility and grounds back to original condition
Alcoholic beverages, seafood boils, fish fries, loud or obscene music are not permitted under any circumstances.
