Bill Payment

 

 
Several options are available for bill payment:
  • Mail your payment to P.O. Box 1727, Lake Charles, LA 70602.
  • Pay in person at our office located at 326 Pujo St. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Pay through night deposit box.  The night deposit box is near the back doors of City Hall at 326 Pujo St.
  • Pay in person at local Kroger grocery stores.
  • Pay by phone 1-877-396-3915; a convenience fee will apply for this service.
 
TO RESTORE SERVICE FOR NONPAY:
 
    Service will be restored the next business day if payment is received by 2:00pm.  If  
    payment is received after 2:00pm it will take two business days to restore service.  Any
    customer wanting Same Day Service will have to pay an additional $60.00 fee.  Payment
    must be made in the Business Office by cash, credit/debit card or money order only. 
    NO CHECKS.
