Community Services

The Community Services Division works in partnership with citizens and groups to effectively address the community's problems and needs. This Division's goals include eliminating crime, lessening the fear of crime, and providing a greater sense of community power and cohesion. When working with neighborhood associations, merchants, schools, and citizens the Community Services Division acts as an equal partner rather than an authority.

The Community Services Division serves the community through three divisions:

  • Neighborhood Patrol Division
  • DARE Division
  • Homeland Security Unit
