Mayor's Action Line

The Mayor's Action Line processes and tracks inquiries, comments and complaints addressed to the City of Lake Charles.  Each call is entered into our computer system and referred to the appropriate Department/Division.  The Department/Division then has three working days to investigate and respond to the caller with what steps can be or have been taken to resolve the issue. 
 
The Mayor's Action Line can be reached at 337-491-1346 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday - Friday.  Alternatively, citizens can contact the Mayor's Action Line by way of e-mail at mayorsactionline@cityoflc.us.
