CP3019 Sale Rd Reconstruction -
Design Phase
This proposed design includes widening of the roadway for 2 12' travel lanes and one 14' turning lane
from Holly Hill Rd east to Canal Street. This will be a concrete curb and gutter section to match with
the existing westerly portion.

CP3051 City Wide Striping
Restriping of City Streets

CP3074 New Transit Facility
This project consists of the complete renovation of an existing 12,600 square foot building as well as
the new construction of bus transfer canopy, pavilion, fountain, and associated paving. All exterior
cladding will be removed and replaced with metal stud framing and brick veneer. New electrical and
mechanical systems will be provided. Site work includes demolition f all existing paving and canopy
structures and paving/paver work. Alternates accepted: 1327 sq ft open air canopy, water fountain and
associated paving and build out of the second floor.
