Exhibition Hall

The Exhibition Hall is located on the first floor, with direct access to its loading/unloading zone. There is over 17,981 square feet of open floor space in this room. It has a flexible capacity of up to fourteen hundred (1,400) people, depending upon set-up.

Versatility is the name when it comes to this room, because practically any type of event can be located in here. There are several rental options with this room. It can be rented as a full hall, with a theatre style seating capacity of up to 1,400 people, or half of the hall can be rented alone, with a theatre style seating capacity of up to 700 people.
 
There are two (2) major exits leading from the front and rear of the building, with an access corridor leading directly into the James E. Sudduth Coliseum.
 
Complete kitchen facilities are located directly across the hall from this room. Sponsors may choose from a list of local caterers.
 
Standard room rental cost is $1100.00 per day for the full hall. Rental of either the East or West half of the room is $550 per day. This fee includes set-up, break-down of room, heating, cooling, and kitchen facilities. The rental begins at 8:00 am and runs until 12:00 midnight. Rentals can be extended until 1:00 am for an additional fee of $150. Certain types of events require multiple days to set-up (move in), additional fees will be charged
 
One can utilize the day prior to the event as a set-up (move-in, decorate) day. This is charged at a discounted rate of $550 for the full hall, and $275 for either the East or West half of the room. This needs to be arranged when the event is booked. Booking information may be obtained by contacting the Administrative Office.
