Connecting Service
Applications for service are available at the Water Utility Office at 326 Pujo St.  Photo identification and a valid Social Security Card must be presented before the application can be processed. Some applications can be made by phone. Call customer service at (337) 491-1307 for more information.
  • A deposit will be required unless proof of credit from another utility company is presented.
  • Service applications accepted before 2:00 p.m. will be processed and turned on the next business day. Applications made after 2:00 p.m. will be worked on the second business day. Same day service is available for a $60.00 service charge.

Disconnecting Service
Call customer service at (337) 491-1307 to disconnect service.  Verification will be required before service can be disconnected.
 
Security Deposits

Security deposits are automatically applied to your water account after two years of good payment history. There can be no more than three late penalties assessed to your account during this two year period. 

Security deposits for residential customers will be waived if a letter of good credit can be provided from any other utility company.

 
Transferring Service
Call the Customer Service department at (337) 491-1307 if you change addresses.  Please have the following information ready before you call:
  1. Account number

  2. Current Address

  3. New Address

  4. Move Date

  5. Social Security
TO RESTORE SERVICE FOR NONPAY:
 
   Service will be restored the next business day if payment is received by  
   2:00 p.m.  If payment is received after 2:00 p.m. it will take two business days to
   restore service.  Any customer wanting SAME DAY SERVICE will have to
   pay an additional $60.00 fee.  Payment must be made in the Business
   Office by cash, credit/debit card or money order only.  NO CHECKS.
