This project will enhance the Lakefront edge by providing decorative lighting, shaded seating structures, land forms

and landscaping, irrigation, educational interpretive signage,viewing devices, a widened promenade of special paving and connection of this area to downtown in an effort to increase resident and visitor usage. These improvements will increase the value of any new development proposed for the adjacent parcels.
