Project Description
This project will include elements to enhance the gateway at Pithon Coulee Bridge heading north to the intersection of Clarence Street that may include architectural pylon structures, special paving, decorative lighting with banners, landscaping and way-finding signage.  DOTD will be participating in this project.  It will be divided into the following phases:
Phase I:  LA DOTD Ryan Street-Pithon Coulee Bridge Replacement $288,000.00 (80/20 DOTD=$230,400/City=$57,600)
Phase II:  DDA Ryan Street Gateway (City Funds)
