This project consists of reconstruction and/or improvement of existing playground facilities, including construction of pavilions to cover playground equipment and parental/guardian seating areas; landscaping of playground areas at seven city parks.  Parks included are Martin Luther King Park, Lock Park, University Park, Buddy Prejean Park, Bellard Park, LaGrange Soccer Park, and Wiley B. McMillan Park. Contractor is Lewing Construction.
