The City of Lake Charles held a public hearing on Tuesday, August 30th to discuss the proposed budget for the 2011-2012 fiscal year. The public hearing was held in conjunction with the scheduled 5:30 p.m. City Council Agenda Meeting in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 326 Pujo St.
