To commemorate another successful summer internship program, Mayor Hunter and City staff recently gathered to celebrate and thank the dozens of young men and women who participated in the City’s 2024 program.
The City of Lake Charles relaunched the summer internship program in 2023 with a goal of introducing outstanding young adults to the world of public service and the intricacies of local government.
We wish all of our interns the best of luck in their future endeavors, and we look forward to hosting another round of interns next year.
