Step 1 of 1

Complete and submit this form in order to appear before the Lake Charles City Council at an Agenda meeting.

Resolution 150-97 as amended requires that matters which may be resolved administratively should not be brought before the Council unless otherwise unresolved. Accordingly, this rule has been implemented in order to give the City administration and staff an opportunity to resolve issues or concerns of citizens without the necessity of involving the City Council. Additionally, this will allow the staff to be prepared to give substantive responses to the Council for concerns which have not been addressed.

This rule shall apply to Agenda Meetings only and will not affect any items which are an EMERGENCY and are RELATED to PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY or WELFARE items.
