Several Upcoming Road Closures at Railroad

Crossings in Conjunction with Cross-ties Installation

 

Between Monday, April 9, and Friday, April 13, there will be six road closures at railroad crossings in conjunction with the installation of new cross-ties by Union Pacific.  The following is a list of the dates, times and locations of the temporary road closures and suggested alternate routes.

 

  • Monday, April 9, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Hodges St., just south of 12th St., and alternate routes of Ryan St. to the west of Hodges St. and Common St. to the east of Hodges St.;
  • Tuesday, April 10, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Bank St., just south of 12th St., and alternated routes of Common St. to the west of Bank St. and Enterprise Blvd. to the east of Bank St.;
  • Tuesday, April 10, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Moss St., just south of 12th St., and alternate routes of Common St. to the west of Moss St. and Enterprise Blvd. to the east of Moss St.;
  • Wednesday, April 11, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 1st Ave., just south of 12th St., and alternate routes of Enterprise Blvd. to the west of 1st Ave. and 2nd Ave. to the east of 1st Ave.;
  • Thursday, April 12, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 2nd Ave., just south of 12th St., and alternate routes of 1st Ave. to the west of 2nd Ave. and 3rd Ave. to the east of 2nd Ave.; and
  • Friday, April 13, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 3rd Ave., just south of 12th St., and alternate routes of 2nd Ave. to the west of 3rd Ave. and 4th Ave. to the east of 3rd Ave.

 

The new cross ties will improve vehicular travel across the railroad track.
