City of Lake Charles Presented Cleanest City Contest Plaque:
At a ceremony held on Wednesday, June 5, at City Hall, representatives from the Louisiana Garden Club Federation, Inc. (LGCF) presented Mayor Roach and the City of Lake Charles with a plaque designating the City as "Cleanest City Contest, State Winner, 2013, Category I." This was the second consecutive year for the City to receive the award.
