Each year the City of Lake Charles and Keep Greater Lake Charles Beautiful-Team Green, an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful and Keep Louisiana Beautiful, present the Annual Litter Law Enforcement Luncheon. During this event citizens have the opportunity to receive information and updates on littering and recycling. The committee also recognizes and awards local participants and supporters in litter prevention, including area students and schools, and corporate organizations.
