Brown Bag Lecture Series on The Legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Planned for Carnegie Library
The City of Lake Charles’ Leadership Team for Community Diversity and Inclusion will host a “Brown Bag Lecture Series” at Carnegie Memorial Library on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. Participants are encouraged to bring their lunch.
Beginning at noon, Dr. Michael T. Snowden, Chief Diversity Officer at McNeese State University will be the guest speaker. The title of this presentation will be “The Legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.”
The free lecture will take place at Carnegie Memorial Library, located at 411 Pujo Street in downtown Lake Charles. All prospective participants are asked to register by contacting Dena Jourdan at dena.jourdan@cityoflc.us or 491-1465.
