Beginning Monday, February 4, intermittent closures of the southbound lanes on Enterprise Boulevard between 2nd Street and 12th Street will take place.

These closures are to allow for phase one of a major drainage improvement project that includes the rehabilitation of approximately 1,300 feet of existing drain lines.

Work impacting southbound traffic is expected to last four months, weather permitting. Once finished, crews will complete similar work on the northbound lanes of the road. The project is expected to last approximately six months overall.

Motorists are advised to proceed with caution at this time and be prepared to detour east to 1st Avenue or west to Kirkman Street before continuing south to 12th Street.
