It’s time to break out the neon, crank up the mixtape and roll into a night of throwback fun!
The City of Lake Charles presents Skatember 2025: Back to the 80s Adult Night on Tuesday, Sept. 23, from 5 – 8 pm at the Lake Charles Event Center (900 Lakeshore Dr.). For just $5 admission, grown-ups can lace up their skates, channel their inner 80s icon and groove to the decade’s biggest hits.
Costumes are highly encouraged, so grab those leg warmers, tease that hair and rock your boldest retro look. 
Concessions will be available for purchase, and KBYS will broadcast music. Skates are not provided and only skates and rollerblades are permitted on the Coliseum floor.
