The City of Lake Charles Department of Community Services, through the City’s Partners in Parks initiative, is gearing up for the second annual edition of The Great Pumpkin Trail, set to open this Friday, Oct. 24, 2025.
With more than a dozen fall-themed displays lining the back trails of Tuten Park (3801 Nelson Rd.) the trail promises to offer up great photo opportunities for families looking to snap fall pictures.
The Great Pumpkin Trail will be open daily, from 9 am – 7 pm, Friday, Oct. 24 through Sunday, Oct. 26.
Displays are being created by City of Lake Charles Department of Community Services staff and several local businesses and organizations.
The free event is open to the public. Don’t forget your camera!
