The City of Lake Charles Community Services Department will host Rollin’ in Plaid Skate Night on Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, from 5–8 p.m. at the Lake Charles Event Center’s Sudduth Coliseum (900 Lakeshore Dr.). Admission is $5 per skater.
Grab your roller skates or rollerblades, throw on your favorite flannel, and get ready to skate to fun beats! Skates will not be provided, and minors 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. KBYS will spin all the tunes to make sure everyone passes a great time.
