The City of Lake Charles Recreation and Parks Department is once again presenting Next Stars Youth Basketball.
Team registration for this youth recreation basketball league is now open for boys and girls ages 11-12.
Cost to register is $300 per team or $25 for individuals. Players cannot have turned 13 before August 1, 2025.
Games will be played at Donald Ray Stevens Community Center at Goosport Park (1619 Cessford St.).
Registration is available online at www.cityoflakecharles.com through Civic Rec. A birth certificate is needed for each player at the time of registration, and a full team roster is due before the season starts. Registration is open through Friday, February 13, 2026.
