Upcoming Events at Tuten Park
Tuten Park Tree Planting
Saturday, March 25, 2017
8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Sponsored by Sasol and managed in partnership with McNeese State University, Sweet Pecan, Green Ash, Water Oak and Mayhaw seedlings will be planted around the new pond. Those who help out with planting trees will get a preview of the renovated trails. Tools and gloves will be provided.
 

 
 
Tuten Park, a 24-acre Woodland Park, is a sanctuary for birds and host to native flowers and trees. The Master Plan includes nature trails, picnic areas, exhibits, wetland ponds, a preserved forest, children's playground, lookout tower and other unique urban features.
